Terms and conditions
The rules when you browse or buy on caffeinebf.com. Please read them before placing an order.
Subject
These terms govern the use of caffeinebf.com and the purchase of CAFFEÏNE® products through the site. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these conditions in full.
Products and prices
Products shown are subject to availability. Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in euros (€). We reserve the right to change prices and catalogue at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
Orders and payment
An order is considered confirmed once you receive the confirmation email. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and the available methods (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). We do not store card data on our servers.
Shipping
We ship to mainland Spain and, subject to availability, to the EU. Estimated lead times are shown on the product page and at checkout. Times may be affected by logistic incidents beyond our control.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving reasons, in line with EU consumer rights. To start a return, write to hola@caffeinebf.com. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Warranty
All products carry the legal 3-year conformity warranty from delivery. This covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear or damage caused by misuse.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site running and information up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, images, logos, code) is owned by CAFFEÏNE® or used under licence. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile when acting as such.
