Who we are
CAFFEÏNE® is a brand currently in the process of being incorporated. In the meantime, the personal data collected through caffeinebf.com is processed by the natural person responsible for the project. For any questions, write to hola@caffeinebf.com.
What data we collect
We only collect data strictly necessary to provide the service: contact details when you write to us (name and email), order details when you buy (address, payment processed by Shopify), and anonymised usage data if you accept analytics or marketing cookies.
What we use it for
To process orders, answer questions, send communications you have explicitly requested (newsletter), comply with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting), and improve the site based on aggregated usage data.
Legal basis for processing
Your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a) for newsletter and non-essential cookies; performance of contract (art. 6.1.b) for orders and support; legal obligation (art. 6.1.c) for invoicing; legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) for security and fraud prevention.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict processing of and port your data. Exercise them by writing to hola@caffeinebf.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
How long we keep it
Order data for the legal accounting and tax retention period (up to 6 years). Marketing data until you withdraw consent. Technical logs for a maximum of 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will publish the new version here with the last update date. For substantial changes we will notify you by email if you have provided one.
